How Healing wisdom helps you understand those messages?
In this program, you’ll discover tools and practices to understand your health from various angles—biological, physical, emotional, mental, social, environmental, and spiritual.
Initially, I’ll guide you to reconnect with your body, mind, and environment using techniques like cycle mapping, food-mood journaling, at-home self-testing and monitoring, and practices such as guided visualization.
I also incorporate an extensive assessment questionnaire, as well as functional lab testing like HTMA testing for deeper insights. Based on your results and your goals, together, we’ll create a personalized health plan tailored to your unique needs and inner wisdom.
This plan may include nutrition, mindful movement, coaching, relaxation, herbalism, and more. The aim is to restore balance and enhance communication within yourself and your surroundings.

Start your journey right! Begin with a free 15–20-minute call to see how Healing Wisdom can benefit you. We’ll discuss how we can work together and determine if it’s the right fit. If we’re aligned, I’ll guide you through the next steps to get started on your program.
Kick off your program by receiving your onboarding package and completing various questionnaires. Gather materials for self-tests and send your hair sample for analysis. You’ll also receive a practical guide to learn how to perform simple tests and monitor your own chemistry throughout the program. Learn to track your cycle, mood, food, digestion, blood pressure, blood sugar, urine pH, and more! The goal is to collect as much data as possible to gain insight into your current situation. This phase typically lasts 2-3 weeks, the time it takes for lab test results to return.
We initiate the reconnection phase with our initial one-on-one online session, where we’ll introduce ourselves and discuss your goals and dreams. During this phase, you’ll rediscover your unique body constitution, recognize how your lifestyle choices affect your body, and uncover any hidden imbalances contributing to your symptoms. You’ll also make sense of the data you’ve collected about your symptoms and test results. Based on your goals and assessment, we’ll develop a plan tailored to you, incorporating various techniques like nutrition, herbalism, relaxation and more. The aim here is to better understand where you’re at, where you want to go, and how to get there.
In this third phase, we’ll focus on putting your personalized action plan into action. We’ll prepare your environment, body, and mind for gradual changes, one step at a time. During our coaching sessions, you’ll tap into your inner potential and create practical steps for integrating your plan into your daily life. We’ll start by eliminating the root causes of your imbalance and replacing them with healthier choices. Our priority is to move your body and mind out of survival mode, allowing for repair and self-healing to begin. The goal is to improve communication between you, your body, your mind, and your environment, fostering new and harmonious habits.
In this last phase, we revisit the data you’ve collected and celebrate your progress. We’ll discuss how to properly acknowledge and reward your achievements. We’ll also identify any areas that may need fine-tuning and develop a long-term plan to boost your confidence and help you maintain your momentum. Additionally, we’ll determine which tools and resources you should continue using to monitor your health and well-being, ensuring you stay on track and identify any changes that occur.

One of the goals of the program is to help you succeed based on your objective. While you work on improving your imbalances, you'll use tools to track your progress and know if you're staying on track or not. By combining these tools with other tracking methods, you can see which habits are good for you over time and make changes as needed. Your aim is not only to feel better in the long run but also to get better at understanding your feelings while reconnecting with your body, subconscious mind, and environment.
Hi, I'm Clémentine
I’m the Integrative Health Professional and Women’s Health Specialist behind Healing Wisdom. I created this Integrative Health Program because I, too, once suffered from Hormonal Imbalances and Premenstrual Syndrome. There was a time when I wrongly believed that these symptoms were just a “normal” part of being a woman, something we were all destined to endure passively.
For years, I experienced painful and recurrent monthly cramps, anxiety, mood swings, weight gain, fatigue, and digestive disorders, which made me feel miserable and strained my relationships. Experiencing burnout around the age of 26 forced me to finally pay attention to my health. It became the trigger I needed to start listening to my body and its needs again.
I made it my mission to understand how my body and mind functioned. I soon realized the profound impact of the mind-body connection on my overall health, how stress hormones could worsen or improve my symptoms, and how disconnected I had become from my own body’s signals.
It me took years to cultivate healthier and more conscious relationships between my body, mind, and environment, allowing self-healing processes to gradually make my symptoms disappear. Through this experience I realized that this self-healing potential exists within each of us. Now, I am dedicated to providing other women with the support, knowledge, tools, and guidance I wish I had when I began my own journey years ago.

This program is for moms and women entrepreneurs who feel trapped in survival mode, tired of enduring chronic physical and emotional chaos, and are eager to create the life they desire by prioritizing their health. It equips you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to establish a solid health foundation, enabling you to unlock your body’s self-healing potential and achieve emotional freedom.
Just as nature has its own rhythm, so does our body. While we might wish for overnight changes, like some deliveries that are possible today, our biochemistry doesn’t work like that. For example, it takes approximately 3 months for our body to mature a new follicle in your ovaries, which then synthesizes one of your main female hormones, progesterone. When working on balancing your hormones and overall health as a woman, tuning into your body’s rhythm is actually the first step.
The program spans approximately 4 months. Following an initial discovery call, it guides you through 4 steps: Preparation, Reconnection, Rebalancing, and Readjustment.
This program is all about change and establishing healthier, more mindful habits in various areas of your life. Making these changes requires commitment and action. After assessing where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there, we’ll create a tailored action plan together, focusing on one step at a time. This plan will include assignments and action steps to help you stay on track and achieve greater success, with my guidance and support throughout the process.
Trace minerals are vital for numerous metabolic functions throughout life. While blood levels fluctuate hourly and provide an incomplete picture of mineral levels, HTMA testing reflects mineral status over the past 90 days. This test examines minerals stored in tissues and cells, offering a deeper understanding of cellular health, nutritional status, metal toxicity, hormonal balance, immune function, and metabolism.
In your Onboarding package, you’ll find a list of tools needed for self-testing and monitoring your body chemistry. These tools are as simple as a body basal thermometer, a glucometer, or a blood pressure cuff.
You’ll be keeping tabs on various biological data each day or week. This includes your body basal temperature, breathing rate, blood pressure, as well as any symptoms, mood changes, digestion, or energy levels. You’ll receive a detailed instruction manual for tracking your unique biological patterns in your onboarding package.
You’ll need to perform some tests daily and others weekly. After an initial assessment, you can prioritize certain tests to address any identified underlying imbalances.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we can adjust your goals and the pace to better suit you. We’ll keep moving forward towards a healthier version of yourself while ensuring the changes are manageable for you. We’ll adapt your plan so you can make progress and step out of your comfort zone one step at a time.
During the initial preparation phase, you’ll need to fill out various questionnaires and send your hair sample for analysis within one week. You’ll receive a detailed program outline and timetable in your Onboarding package.
The time commitment varies depending on your action plan. In addition to the 60-minute weekly session, you may need an extra one to two hours, depending on your goals and the educational materials provided.

You can reschedule your session up to two times during the 4-month program duration, as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. However, if you need to reschedule more than twice or within less than 48 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full.

This approach tailors the assessment to each individual, considering different aspects, and utilizes a variety of methods to address any imbalances.
The program price does not include monitoring tools such as a body basal thermometer, blood pressure cuff, or glucometer. Additionally, any supplements and herbal recommendations will incur extra costs.
