I support you on this path using health coaching, functional nutritional recommendations, constitutional herbal recommendations, relaxation techniques, mindful movement recommendations, self-care techniques recommendations, and health education based on your test results and assessments. I also use functional testing, bio-individuality testing and Fertility awareness methods to help you monitor your body. My primary focus is biological Women experiencing stress as well as hormonal and digestive imbalances.

2. Here is what we will not be doing together: I don’t treat, diagnose or cure any illness. I will never recommend that you stop any medication. I am not nor I am holding myself out to be a Doctor or a Licensed Healthcare provider in the USA. I invite my clients to consult their primary healthcare professional if they have any medical concerns that need to be prevented, diagnosed, treated, or cured.
