Through each session, I provide you with tools, knowledge, and support to help you balance your emotions and manage your stress. I also hold a space for you to explore various dimensions of your life so you can reconnect with your inner guidance and find your unique solution.

Our core beliefs are like those glasses. They serve as lenses through which we view the world, not reflecting reality but distorting it. Our unconscious beliefs limit our perspective, preventing us from recognizing opportunities and stifling our potential for growth and happiness.
These beliefs are associated with repetitive thought patterns that trigger emotions. A limiting belief can lead to emotional distress such as anger, anxiety, fear, and more. Over time, especially when suppressed, these emotions can become the foundation of illness.
Health coaching offers you a safe space for introspection, enabling you to explore various perspectives, expand your options, and revise beliefs that no longer serve you.
In addition to making internal and external changes, mind-body practices and Bach flower remedies provide you with the tools necessary to manage stress, meet your needs, and maintain emotional balance.

How do I begin?

What can I expect?
Sessions can vary from 40 to 60 minutes based on your chosen package. They start and end with short mind-body practices. These online sessions are designed for you to become more aware, explore your potential, and apply your own solutions in your daily life.
What will I receive?
You'll get a PDF companion journal to track your progress and a personalized list of Bach Flower Remedies every four sessions. Depending on your needs, you may receive extra resources to support your goals and inner exploration during each personalized session.
Hi, I'm Clémentine
I’m the Integrative Health Professional and Women’s Health Specialist behind Wisdom Within. I created this Health Coaching Service because I, too, once suffered from Hormonal Imbalances and Premenstrual Syndrome. There was a time when I wrongly believed that these symptoms were just a “normal” part of being a woman, something we were all destined to endure passively.
For years, I experienced painful and recurrent monthly cramps, anxiety, mood swings, weight gain, fatigue, and digestive disorders, which made me feel miserable and strained my relationships. Experiencing burnout around the age of 26 forced me to finally pay attention to my health. It became the trigger I needed to start listening to my body and its needs again.
I made it my mission to understand how my body and mind functioned. I soon realized the profound impact of the mind-body connection on my overall health, how stress hormones could worsen or improve my symptoms, and how disconnected I had become from my own body’s signals.I was stuck in survival mode.
It me took years to cultivate healthier and more conscious relationships between my body, mind, and environment, allowing self-healing processes to gradually make my symptoms disappear. Through this experience I realized that this self-healing potential exists within each of us. Now, I am dedicated to providing other women with the support, knowledge, tools, and guidance I wish I had when I began my own journey years ago.

Since every case is different, I typically recommend between 1 to 7 Bach Flower Remedies that could be helpful for you at that time.
As part of your journey, you’ll receive a companion journal to track your progress, deepen your insights, and raise your awareness. While it’s recommended to share your companion journal with your coach to get the most out of the experience, how much you choose to use and share this journal is completely up to you.

The discovery offer is available only once. It’s designed to give you a glimpse of how coaching can help improve your health and well-being over the course of a month.
To ensure an optimal experience, please consider the following:
- Find a distraction-free space for your session.
- Take precautions to avoid interruptions.
- Stay hydrated and have a glass of water nearby.
- Take a bathroom break before the session starts.
- Check your microphone, computer, and internet connection beforehand.
- Have the Zoom link ready at least 5 minutes before the session starts.
- Feel free to have pen and paper on hand if you wish to jot down any insights or information.
Every regular session will run for approximately 60 minutes, while a discovery session will last around 40 minutes.
Sessions are scheduled weekly. After 10 sessions, depending on your goals and self-efficacy, you may transition to bi-weekly sessions.
These sessions are for women who are weary of feeling tired, stressed-out, stuck, and emotionally overwhelmed, and are seeking change. I provide tools and support to help them manage stress, gain clarity, reach their goals, and become a more empowered, confident, and thriving version of themselves.
Mind-body practices will be tailored to your emotional and physical state, as well as your preferences, during each session. These practices aim to ground the session, raise awareness of your insights, balance your stress and emotions, and foster a more conscious relationship with your body and emotions.
If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to two times, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. However, any rescheduling beyond this timeframe and exceeding two times will result in the session being charged in full.
No, those sessions are considered a service and are non-refundable. We encourage you to make your purchase mindfully.
